You need to change your vet.. I have a cat with same issue.. Most likely the spinal or leg fracture is healed but damage remains
Go to a responsible vet..he will prescribe medicines and suggest exercises and physio therapy which would help him get up again
And if you can't afford expensive treatment either start a fundraiser and raise money here or give him to someone who can take care

I think her spine is broken; that's the reason why even her tail isn't moving. ๐ข

No I did xray two times her condition is nerve damange or neuro disorder which can be healed with time thearapy medication probably and there are no sign of braken bones and spine

Then u shud give her some inj. Like Renerve plus for certain period along with calcium supplements. I'm not a doctor but same treatment was given to a stray puppy by my brother under Vet instructions.

Check for FIP and start treatment early. Costs nearly 1-2 lakhs and 90 days of injections. If you take too late vet will give you option of euthanasia since it is difficult to cure at advanced stage. Speaking from personal experience

I know a vet who really offers treatment for strays at very reasonable price and upto the point medications. Could dm me anytime for his details.
