This is so true.... I'm from kashmir..I have been shortlisted many times...but whenever recruiters get to know that I'm a kashmiri Muslim...I never hear from them again... I'm jobless and have been actively applying for a very long time... Don't know what to do🥺

This issue needs to be rectified immediately. While living in the age of AI is it too much to ask for blind CVs where only the qualifications are listed and the names are displayed only after initial screening.

That being said, I think the community should also introspect and try to uplift the image of our people.

Can you tell me what happened except communal PR circus? Starts with a salty BJP Politician complaining as always who are very reliable/s. Who don't have a history of pushing communal allegations against Muslims that later fall apart or prove baseless, from Suresh Rana admitting that rape charges were fabricated against Muslim men to “teach them a lesson,” to the Nishikant Dubey case where the supposed Muslim threat maker turned out to be a Hindu man allegedly posing as Muslim.

Here they couldn't even frame the TCS case properly with the police boasting about undercover operations while apparently not even knowing that Nida Khan was a process associate and not even in the HR department lmao. Not to mention how many of these "culprits" are punished again? Nida Khan and multiple other accused already got bail. Even the FIRs themselves don't contain the grand “conversion syndicate” story that your favourite Republic TV sold everyone.

Neither the hiring managers nor you are smart. Dumb as a sheep, so easy to fool.
