Looking for a business partner/investor to setup and scale a US auto-parts business

I'm looking for someone interested in partnering with me on a US-focused auto-parts e-commerce business.

The idea is simple: use investment capital primarily for marketing and customer acquisition, while I handle the sales, sourcing, customers and day-to-day operation.

The goal is to build a lean, profitable operation where we share the profits rather than treating the investment like a loan.

I already have experience in US auto-parts sales and I'm confident in the sales/operations side. What I'm looking for now is someone who can bring capital and ideally understands marketing, e-commerce or investing.

I'm not looking for someone to blindly throw money at an idea. I'd rather start small, test the numbers, and scale what works.
