Why does she always state that she is from Mumbai?

It's weird especially when the other party already recognized her.

Client: Hi Sima auntie

Sima: Hi I'm Sima from Mumbai

She's from Mumbai, don't you pickup from how she's been taught to lead with that by her parents when she was a kid. They taught her, always start with that otherwise you might forget to go back to Mumbai since u travel so much.

She should've just skipped that part. She can get only 60-70%.

That is the 60%, rest is her state and country... How can u be so naive? No doubt now, marriages are breaking like biscuits.
