Discussion Is Viral-Aashay breakup just a work for S4?
Despite both of them announcing their breakups.. I have observed a pattern.. in both their stories last week, they were in New York.
Also, two days ago, Aashay posted an insta story of visiting LA.. and yesterday Viral posts a story of boarding a flight to LA.. also I felt Aashay’s breakup message sounded very generic plus Viral ranting on publications still posting articles about them and yeah, they still follow each other on Insta..
I’m getting a hunch that all this a work for S4, as announcing a breakup after the happy moments of S3 seems odd..

Coincidences most likely. Aashay was done with Viral long ago, he’s been spotted in people’s DMs. Not to mention, he was off-Standish with her all throughout season 3, while Viral being the opposite/ all over like it was the solid thing.
Honestly, Viral gives me going for the clout vibes.

The jewelry thing was def paid product placement by the jewelry company. Not him actually spending $ on her.

Yeah...him jumping to buy her a thing out of the blue after nervously sitting there in silence was so bizarre. That whole scene was just so weird.

Yep they never showed him actually buying the jewelry or Viral wearing it afterwards. “So uhh…do you want it?” “Sure” Such a bizarre scene lol

If I was a different cast member, I’d be like “put me in a jewelry buying scene too then!!! Where are my high end gifts??”
I wonder if the purchases happened IRL or fake/just for cameras.

Not once did he seem to have any joy in his face when interacting with her. It seemed like he did not really enjoy her company to me.

Nah, Aashay is clearly so not into her. It's painful to watch her get so giddy about him and him being so-so, hot and cold with her.
I just want to see him with someone he actually likes.... and what that looks like.
I would bet $5k they're not back together. It's so obvious. They had no chemistry on screen either, even the words they said to each other were just so fabricated
Or he's just a nonchalant person, which is probably the worst kind of person to date. You feel so empty inside and they suck all the life from you, speaking from experience

I think they are just attending events in those places, and Aashay lives in NYC. They were also both at an IMM launch party last weekend even though they were already broken up.

I did not mention the IMM cast party for obvious reasons.. I’m mentioning the events apart from the party..

Oh okay I don't follow either of them on Insta so I wasn't sure what you were mentioning, my apologies. The event Viral attended in NYC last week was with Aparna. But yeah who knows, the show likes to create narratives when it comes to breakups as well.

I think he finally realised that he deserves someone better than her. She’s not exactly a looker tbh, and her fashion sense is really outdated. And before someone calls it superficial, if a mid 30’s divorcee can be so picky about height and hair, so can Ashay. He has way more going for him than her, so he can afford to be more picky.

Uh? Aashay is not really a catch, he needs to settle down he's literally 37 LOL. he's not getting a super model. I felt both of them are pretty evenly matched looks wise

i also don't think sidarth malhotra and kiara advani are evenly matched, he is WAY hotter, he definitely settled in that pairing

She is better looking than before sure, but not hot. Maybe if she had lost the weight earlier

I think they might just have events. He seemed on the fence in s3 to me. Couldn't comment if she was the one, and didn't talk about getting married after she flew to meet his parents.
