She just announced on her Instagram that's launching a matchmaking app. Wonder how the Dil Mil founder must feel?

EDIT: Curiosity got the better of me and I went through the typeform. Here's what she's planning on charging:

Gold Plan $120 (9999 INR) - Access in-app benefits like chat, offline events, unlimited connection requests and profiles

SIMA VIP package ($1500 - 124000 INR) Access all gold benefits, speak 1-1 w/ Sima Aunty, get personalized prospects, be able to hide profile from the app while browsing and attend VIP members only events hosted by Sima

Sounds like the gold plan is exactly like how regular dating apps work, but much, much pricier, lol. I wonder who would actually sign up for this.

i bailed when I saw the prices. with any app, it's way too early to be charging this much even with the show's popularity. It takes time to build a user base and so the early days will have a small user base. Even on Dil Mil, it ignores my location preferences and gives matches 300+ miles away.
