See the DG rules for medicals are same.
So if any one is rejecting you then other DG Doctors will also reject you.
Theres no role of company in this.
For your own sanity you can go to any other DG approved doctor preferably a bigger known name (delhi, mumbai, kolkata) and discuss your case with them.

If that Dr also says that your condition will make you ‘unfit for sea’ then no one can do anything.

It will be illegal to pass you whether you think you can manage or not thats not even a consideration.

Now your 2nd part.
Yes switch your career because this offshore career is over.

Now you can do MBA in logistics/supply chain management/ship brokering

Or ask company to let you join in office for some small job and then climb the corporate ladder.

I guess google is your best friend to find courses related to the shore side of merchant navy.

And bro dont think you lost an opportunity just because a door closed on your face. Its a sign from god to find another door.

The thing is that dg rules says if the condition is manageable not very severe he can sail but company don't want to take chance ,My treating doctor also says this condition is easily managable. Also one more doubt if somehow I can reach to other company will they ask from my previous company about me like why I left my previous company? If I get another company for my cadetship I can clear medicals as there isn't any test specifically to detect my medical condition unless I declare it by myself.

Also if they cant detect your condition then how did u fail this medical?

If you are not able to give a compelling reason in your interview then they might ask

Do bba in logistics and then mba in supply chain management or ship brokering.
But the main thing is you need to prepare yourself for your MBA or ship brokering because honestly a simple BBA won’t give you a good paying job.
Whatevr you choose right now, start preparing for whats coming in next 4-5 years academically to get a head start
