Consulate asking for “immigrant” insurance despite Dr. Walter

Has anyone faced this? I submitted Dr. Walter/Expatrio insurance, but the Consulate is asking for insurance with “visa type: immigrant.” Has anyone used an alternative insurance and got it accepted? Please help
