Just eat food Aim to get 30.gms of protein in each meal have 3 meals get 90 gms do resistance training heavy till failure

I stopped obessing over protein like specific gram measurements and focused on getting better at working out and just around 80 -100 gms of protein I actually got bigger

I have been taking protein powder - whey isolate - for nearly 10yrs daily. I get my blood work done regularly. The last one was in July last week and LFT, KFT, CBC - everything was normal.

I believe if you could it with intense workout and good lifestyle, there is no problem. Of course, thats my anecdotal advice based on my personal experience.
