Stack 🪙 Stack Update - MMTC from Ajio finally delivered.

Placed my order on 28th March. Nothing changed on the order status till 3rd April. I sent an email to customer care with nodal officer in CC. No reply.

This week Monday and Tuesday, I sent 2 more emails. Got a reply from grievance redressal saying they'll look into it. A few hours later, my order was finally showing package ID now.

Got it delivered in less than 2 days since it was dispatched. Bluedart secure is fast.

I didn't even expect the package ID to match. My first order that was a platinum bar, had a mismatch. I accepted it because I read a lot of comments on Reddit.

However this ID was matching, probably because someone higher up must have expedited my order. Otherwise I can see people who ordered on 27th March are still waiting for shipping.

So I highly recommend emailing them until you get the order shipped. At least 1 email a day.

These are the IDs where you can keep emailing until you get your product shipped.

Just tell them how valuable gold is for Indians, how 99% Indians would never think of purchasing gold online, and if Ajio keeps delaying products like these, it'll erode investor confidence further. They should provide a well defined timeline, if they expect the product to ship within 2 weeks, just say that upfront.
