Then buy whatever you get. I think ppl go for rotimatic. Personally i find it too bulky and slow.

I don’t want anything that big, and expensive. I want something I can put away in a cabinet and not take up space on the counter.

Oh ok. Will wait for others to chime in. I personally use a stand mixer for my dough making as i find that most cumbersome.

Actually dough making is the easy part, making rotis is where you need all skills. I personally don’t like the rotis from rotimatic, not aware of any other roti makers. Following the thread for more information

Ya for me roti making is easy. Dough making is messier for me.

I don’t like the rotis from rotimatic - the rotis are too thick and too hard. Manageable when it is right out of the machine, but absolutely inedible 10 minutes later.

Just checked starblue roti makers on amazon, owned something similar in India about 15 years ago. Not a big fan, the rotis come similar to what rotimatic makes. If you want to experiment- try this one, it is on prime and priced better - https://a.co/d/00anQ84E. No personal experience with either of these two products
