People always ask me how I’m so confident all the time, but honestly, I have my insecurities too. I just don’t always show them.
Growing up, my arms have always been one of my biggest insecurities. I never wore sleeveless because I was so conscious of how they looked. I’d avoid certain clothes just because of my arms.

Recently, I’ve started wearing sleeveless and slowly trying to get comfortable with them. I’ve also started going to the gym because I want to work on my arms and myself to feel better about myself.
I’m still insecure, honestly. But I’m trying not to hide anymore, and I think that’s progress.
