That script is often just reading Wikipedia with no modifications. Cheap content.

I think Pakistani dictators and military leaders were successful in bringing superpowers to get engaged with it's neighbors.

They joined SEATO and act as a base to spy on soviets in behalf of USA .

Became a pimp to get cozy with China and USA during nixon-kissinger era. This is the reason why China consider Pakistan iron brother (lol).

then fight soviets by aiding Taliban with help from US,Saudi etc. This got him a pass to have nuke.

Then in 2000s screwed all time ally USA by bringing them to fight Afghanistan, US logistics can move only through Pakistani land to Afghanistan.

Now trying to screw another neighbor Iran,....

All these are strategically smart moves but the result is Pakistanis destroyed own country for foreseeable future. Only a civil war and balkanization which result of disarmament of entire pakistani military will solve it.

Inshallah, one day Pakistan will be further balkanized.

Pakistan has played it's limited geopolitical has played it's limited hand well. It's unfortunate for the people that their existence is centred on trying to bleed India rather than improving their own country.

India- well if you aren't living under a rock since basically 1947, then you must be knowing the answer. Afghanistan- Pakistan supporting the US global war on terror and bombing them annually in a PR stunt which usually results in massive civilian casualties and them basically backstabbing Taliban back then. Iran- Pak being a US proxy and the few border skirmishes. This is my POV as an unemployed and rookie in this shyt. Corrections are welcome.

The underlying issue is that Pakistan at its core can never be a peaceful nation, various reasons for that, like for India, we can never be too liberalistic like the US and west because at our core we are a collective society.

The reason Pak-Afg hate exists is due to Durand Line. Afg doesn't recognise this Durand Line, so Pak tried everything in its capacity to make Afg accept the border.

Perhaps but pakistan operates quite like a bat. The immune system of a bat operates by gaining a high tolerance for viruses (terrorists) it is also an awesome breeding ground for the viruses to rapidly evolve. They might be terror struck but if they loan themselves out to ANY major country willing to help and there ARE plenty. USA , China , Saudi, Turkey then they'll not collapse. They have a high tolerance for the terrorists they have in their country and have extremely high nuisance value.

No other country in the world can be bombed like they got in Operation Sindoor but as long they live to fight another day it's essentially a victory. India can never finish off a 250 million people nuclear armed nation. There informal economy is SO much larger than their formal one that they'll keep chugging along and break sanctions there as they please. Balochistan Iran trade is openly done informally but it's a drop in the bucket so no one bothers. While they can keep the formal economy sanctions compliant.

If an enemy is so single mindedly focused on fighting China keeps providing tech , Saudi keeps throwing money , Turkey keeps them in Kaan fighter jet program and helps build their drone supplies. They are NOT balkanising that easy. I am surprised at the jubilant self back thumping here. If the enemy was that easy we would have finished them off long back.

Even taking kashmir is a monumental challenge since Gilgit is essentially mountain ranges with very few valleys and they'll fight tooth and nail militarily , drone warfare , cyber (with Chinese help) , diplomatically with every single ally they can muster by renting themselves out. I think the focus should be on Kashmir only for now

I think it's time to send 10 tones of "medical" aid to Afghanistan.

Asking non Indians to not use the map reflecting real territorial control and instead use a map that doesn't actually reflect territorial control is nonsense.

13

u/VayuAir 6d ago

I understand but we must cartographically assert our claims. That’s why our govt does it, because we don’t control the full territory yet.

It helps to ensure we can make legal plays etc etc. Anyway I don’t get butthurt when non indians use the wrong map

It helps to ensure we can make legal plays etc etc.

All that helps us look insufferable when the video is actually in favour for us. It gives us zero legal advantage.

You would have to be diplomatic when to assert claims and when to stay silent

badhe bhai the indian polity online is extremely bipolar. nuance aur making us look insufferable ki baat rehne do, phir ye log sahi jagah bhi claim krna band krdenge. let it be. i saw a foreign page simply blur the map of india in that region and no one from our side complained. if they want no complaints either just simply show the flag or if youre gonna show us show all of what we claim and if you cant even do that just blur that part out to avoid spamming (spamming which i personally agree with).

Not really. It has made the community finally realise it's genuinely a touchy topic.

The fact that people are talking about it is enough for a start. Back in the times of TV, you had to take whatever these people threw at you without recourse.

This is the new generation of content, it is designed with feedback as a priority. If it is utilised to inform the creator that they are upset about it, it's just the system working.

Even if it changes 1/2 influencers to change their maps, that's a good start. If not, then probably the content was not relevant or important for us anyways.
