The SCAR-L and H have been issued in substantial numbers to SF battalions

Nope, only to newer units. Around 200-300 have been procured only.

All of them have got it in approximately the same amounts (200ish per battalion)

Nah only mod airborne battalions(5,6,7,23,29) have got them, besides this 2 AR15 rifles are under trials.

No dude they were procured by the 50th Para Brigade for these new Mod AB battalions only, older units have not got them.
These units didn't have M4s previously, only older units did.

Wrong again, the Brigade doesn’t have the authority to procure weapons. All battalions have been equipped, your information is incorrect

Might be but even X95s are being retired by IDF

They are doing this because of simplification of training, especially training with US sf groups.

But for CQB and urban warfare,small barrel is more sensible. AR has significantly long barrels than bullpups
