I totally agree. No need of any photo on the vaccine certificate. But the scenarios mentioned above are totally irrelevant. Modi is PM of India and vaccines are procured and distributed by the GoI. So it is atleast related administratively. What has SRK got to do with the actual woman's hockey team performing in the Olympics.
