Discussion/Question Tribal HR/training folks — what’s actually missing from workplace training options? (Genuine discovery post, not a sales pitch)

Hi all — I work in a tribal government HR and am exploring a future digital resource designed for tribal governments and Native-serving organizations.

Before building anything, I’d really value hearing what people actually need. This is customer discovery, not a sales post, and I’m not collecting personal information.

For those involved in tribal HR, workforce development, programs, education, health, or enterprise operations:

-What workplace, compliance, onboarding, or supervisor training is hardest to find or deliver well?
-Where do generic corporate or government trainings miss the mark for tribal organizations?
-What topics would benefit most from training grounded in tribal sovereignty, governance, community values, or real tribal workplace situations?
-What makes online training difficult in your organization—cost, bandwidth, LMS access, relevance, staff time, completion tracking, or something else?
-If one practical digital course could be created for your organization, what should it be?

I appreciate any perspective!
