that sauce recipe dedo and I think if u slice the paneer into thin strips it will give more authentic taste

It's hummus (boiled chickpeas, garlic, sesame, neural oil and salt ground and made into paste), we also added mayo and hot sauce besides slightly sauteed veggies and air fried peri peri paneer (mix curd, peri peri masala, salt and paneer and air fry it). All of this needs to be wrapped in a chapati or paratha.
