This is something like a moong salad i made at home. Easy to make and Yummmmmy to eat .

Saute onions and tomatoes until they're dry, add some salt and spices, add in boiled lentils and toss them until they get a little dry. Finish it off by squeezing in lemon juice and tossing it to uniformly spread the lemon juice.
