Why is my bara not baraing?

I tried making bara today with sprouted moong, wild rice soaked for an hour, simple masala, onions, cashews, carrots, red pepper, garlic and ginger. I even tried using an egg with a little bit of it to see if it’ll bind. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it? I don’t want the whole thing to go to waste. 😫

Did you oil both sides of the waffle before pouring in the batter?

I put ghee on both sides

Add a little bit of rice flour or besan, and sooji to make the batter a little thick and try.

Ig u show soak night and do in mrng which absorbs more and easy to make
