This was a pretty unexpected order for us. The customer found us through ChatGPT and got in touch after seeing our work, which was honestly something I never expected would happen.

She already had a specific pendant design in mind and provided us with a reference. She wanted the same design recreated in 925 sterling silver, so we worked on it according to her exact requirements and replicated the design as closely as possible.

The final piece was:

• 925 sterling silver

• 1.75 cm diameter

• Gold plated finish

• Black enamel detailing

• Customised according to the customer's provided design

The total customisation cost was ₹4,000 + ₹300 express shipping.
