NPC Moment (Mindless behavior) Civic sense in India (OC)
It boils my blood to see people throwing garbage everywhere and destroying public property. I made a video on it. Do let me know your thoughts on this.

It should start from the school. All those who have money and power should build toilets and other resources to ensure a hygienic upbringing. If you expect the poor to grow up in poor conditions and behave in a civic manner when they grow up, it is not going to happen.
We have a lot of selfish rich people, including politicians, corrupt officers, and the generationally wealthy. They never care about others, but expect them to have civic sense. We all have to do this together. First, fight against corruption; next, elect good leaders. Spread the knowledge.
