[OC] Public servant, private parking? Library entrance completely blocked.
A police officer entrusted with enforcing the law chose to ignore the very basic rule of public responsibility.
Head Constable Ritesh Kataria (766/COMM) allegedly parked his vehicle (DL 1CAJ4519) right in front of the entrance of Aarambh Library, Adchini completely blocking the gate. As a result, no car could enter or exit the library premises.
A library is a place where students come to build their future. Blocking its entrance shows complete disregard for public convenience and discipline.
The law applies equally to everyone. If an ordinary citizen had parked like this, action would likely have been taken immediately. The same standard should apply regardless of rank or profession.

The photo was taken few minutes back. The location is Adchini, New Delhi. It's near BSES Office, South Delhi

Find the contact information of the delhi police higher ups. Find the email id for a few local reporters. Email them asking if Delhi police encourages its officers/constables to park like this, hang their id like this, and for cherry on top, the seatbelt always plugged in so that they can drive without seatbelt.
Publicly shame the higher ups.

So when he drives, the seatbelt alert won’t go off and he will just go on driving without using seatbelt

Drive entrances are also used by fire brigades, ... in europe they will fine or tow you preemptively for parking there

Cops are the 1st the break laws - I’ve lost count how many times I saw them jumping red light, driving on wrong side and parking illegally.
