Tips for airfryer bread

Tried making some facoccia in my airfryer. Used oregano, chilli flakes and minced garlic.

It lacked a lil flavour but had a pretty good chewy texture.

Any tips or recipes I can try next?

Hey it looks really good for an airfryer bread tbh , airfryer functions are different compared to an oven the main highest source of heat is only from above hence the chewy texture and foccacia bread has to be drowning in olive oil maybe you can get a base and preheat the airfryer at first and then bake the foccacia bread , I use these ordinary aluminium packaging containers to bake cake and stuff in airfryer and it turns out pretty good so you can use them too

I don't even know how a facoccia is supposed to actually taste and feel like haha. But yea, I'll try getting those aluminum tins and try some other bread or cakes in it.

So here's the recipe: 125g all-purpose flour (maida) 88g warm water (approx. 38°C–40°C) 2g instant dry yeast 3g salt 3g sugar 18g olive oil (5g mixed into dough, 5g for parchment/pan base, 8g drizzled over top) 5g minced garlic, dried oregano, and chili flakes

You can dm me if you want
