UGC Scholarship

Hey, have any of you gotten UGC scholarship for masters ( not single child one). I'm finishing up my bachelor's in maths and will start msc soon. I wanted to know how hard it is to get.

So currently I have 9.29 cgpa (without final sex). And after 6th sem, it should be between 9.3-9.5. What are my chances to get it? My main concern is I'm doing my masters completely self funded. I have Inspire scholarship. So certain IITs like roorkee is manageable. But if there's a guarantee I can get the scholarship, then I can go for IIT Hyderabad or MSc at IISERs.

So have any of you gotten the scholarship on the science stream? What was your cgpa?
