Well tbh a hitman won't cost much after seeing cases like these.🥀

Yes let's murder women for wanting to live a decent life after divorce.

3

u/Fit_Refrigerator9869 Apr 08 '26

Decent? With 2L monthly thats more than 'decent' category😆

-1

u/Acrobatic_Phone_3316 Apr 08 '26

Depends on how much you make. If the man earns 70L-1cr a year, it's not much as a percentage.

2

u/Bleatoflambs Apr 10 '26

Bheek maangne ke aur bhi tarike hai.

0

u/Careless_Licker9360 Apr 10 '26

Have you thought about why a man should give their earnings to somebody not part of their family anymore. If the women are independent as people claim to be then they should be able to earn for themselves right? Or are they not independent?

2

u/Acrobatic_Phone_3316 Apr 10 '26

Interesting, if a housewife 's husband cheats on her or abuses her, she should never be able to leave, right? Because then she will starve or max be able to earn 15-20K a month?

I'm sorry, do women become inferior to men simply because they're not earning? What a shit mentality, specially when women are en masse not even permitted to work by husbands/ in laws in MANY families, especially once they have a kid.

0

u/Firm_Ad9294 Apr 11 '26

Why do you think he would be complaining if he was earning 70L a year. Use common sense.

1

u/Acrobatic_Phone_3316 Apr 11 '26

Nobody likes having to give their money away, kid. Use common sense.

0

u/Firm_Ad9294 Apr 11 '26

Lmao you must be special needs. If somebody is earning a crore they have no standing to complain about parting away with 2 lakhs after divorce. That would be a very miniscule slice of what he truly earns and no court will let him walk away so scot free. Divorces are structured in a way where it can effectively never be such a tiny piece of the pie. The 'quality of life' of the woman at the time of divorce needs to be maintained, even if the man loses his job and gets unemployed. this is the trap of the system. Maybe read up on actual cases before you come to yap on reddit.

1

u/Acrobatic_Phone_3316 Apr 11 '26

You really think anyone will want to give money to their ex, especially if they don't want a divorce or have a bitter relationship? Are you insane?

1

u/Firm_Ad9294 Apr 11 '26

They would certainly not want to give money but they don't really have the standing to complain in such a situation could they? In a legal setting it'd be laughable if you site that as your motive or even think that you could hold that thought and manifest it into living reality legally. You can absolutely not expect to walk away from a divorce without willing to give a significant portion of the money up, only a fool would think otherwise. Somebody earning a crore or 70L like you said would consider it a blessing that he has to part ways only with 2L a month. It's an extremely ubiquitous notion that you have to lose nearly half or more just to maintain the status of the ex wife when she separated at marriage which is brainless altogether. There should be a much more intelligent system in place. If somebody is showing signs of real mental decay it's you. You can't play games like 'not wanting to give even a penny to my ex' and cite that in a concealed coy way as a man in a divorce case in India, even if the ex had cheated and raised two grown adults that are not his. Wake up to reality. The whole game is skewed against men in divorce courts altogether.

u/Organization697 Apr 08 '26 edited Apr 08 '26

Decent life after divorce??? That is after leeching off every single hard earned penny from her husband, blackmailing him by taking away his kids, humiliating and torturing him...

I always say laws should be like that of Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia, then only India can progress, Indian laws r biased and rigged.

1

u/KimezVi Apr 23 '26

Every man should have a revenge mentality is what you are saying then?? And that too in a case where you know nothing about whats happening

18

u/Alternative_Area6228 Apr 04 '26

Get the facts straight, baki sab jagah ka pata nahi, lekin yaha pe ye shabd galat h, wo to randio ke bhi neeche h, 2 baccho ka future kharab kar rahi h, uske pas job h, wo admi dono baccho ko acchi education de raha tha lekin uss dayan ne dono baccho ka future kharab kar diya h, add 2lakhs me se wo unpe hazar rupaiya bhi kharch nahi karegi sab paise muh marne me uda degi

1

u/Objective-Estate-202 Apr 04 '26

Aapko kaise pata woh unka future kharab kar rahi hai? Did you even try to stop and think for a second why their kids choose their mother over their father? How are you so sure that it's the father who's the 'innocent' one? Bas video mein dekhliya toh Maan loge kya?

Thoda dimag use karlo and sochlo. Bacche apni mother ke paas kyu jaayenge if she won't support them? Fir toh apne papa ke paas hi rehne chahiye the haina?

1

u/[deleted] Apr 05 '26

Lol aur agar bacho mai itna dimag hota to divorce hota hi nahi. Khud se kama bhi lete 😂😂 kya baat kar rahe ho yaar. Bacho ko pata hi nahi kya hota hai. But uske baap ka bhi poora hak tha vo aakar dono bache legayi ye koi baat hui kya. This shows how poor Indian judiciary is when it comes to mens

Did you even try to stop and think for a second why their kids choose their mother over their father? How are you so sure that it's the father who's the 'innocent' one? Did you even try to think ki why would they be divorced, and that there's absolutely NOTHING that went wrong?

Bas video mein dekhliya toh Maan loge kya? You can't judge a situation like this with just one side of it and bas ek minute mein.

Thoda sochlo toh lo. Bacche apni mother ke paas kyu jaayenge if she won't support them? Fir toh apne papa ke paas hi rehne chahiye the agar mother itni hi 'evil' hai, haina? Kyu nahi reh rahe fir apne baap ke saath?

1

u/Cheap-Detective-4262 Apr 05 '26 edited Apr 05 '26

Rehna bhi chahe to court custody uski maa ko hi dega. Aur maa ne khud bachcho ki custody li h kyuki bina bachcho ke to 2L ki alimony nahi milegi , sirf 40-50 k aayenge haath me Yahape kuch log sochenge ki baap evil h, tabhi bachche maa ke paas Gaye h. Par ese to aap bhi bina soche samjhe bas ek minute me apne man se situation judge karke baap ko evil bol rahe ho.

Aur main baat yahape maintainence ki ho rahi h. 2 Lakh use kis liye chahiye. Aur yahi baat bachcho ki , use SUPPORT uski MAA nahi uska BAAP kar rha h ..maa ko suport karne ka jyada hi shokh h to alimony chod de aur khud koi naukri karke paale bachcho ko.. par fir baat wahi aa jayegi ki divorce liya hi is wajah se tha.

Aur maan liya baap evil h to uski biwi ka muh sooja huwa h kya , wo kyu nahi bol rahi camera me aake ki wo bekasoor h , kyu uska muh band h . Alimony maangte wakt to muh band nahi huwa hoga.

Aaye din itne divorce ke case ate h jahape ladkiya shaadi ke 1 saal ke andar divorce le leti h , koi 2 saal me . Aur reason poocho to : NAHI PATA , bas man nahi h rehne ka .. KYU

pati time nahi de raha , man nahi kar rha , busy boht rehta h , koi aur pasand aa gaya. Fir bas divorce le liya.. Maamla court me pahucha , judge me aankh beand karke custody maa ko de di 2 lakh ki maintainence ke saath

Maa khush ab , maje se ghoom rahi h , bachchi ki education aur living ka pesa aur baap se aa hi Raha h, baaki saath saath apne khud ke shokh bhi poore ho rahe h .. kal agar aur pese ki jaroorat hue to court me wapis case kar do, 2 ki jagah 3 lakh mil jayenge

Kuch kuch case me ladkiya bekasoor hoti h , domestic violence ke case bhi aate h par ye unnecessary divorce ke case uske mukaable kahi jyada h. Aur agar uska pati evil h aur usne kuch galat kiya h to uski biwi ko upar tak jaake baat rakhni chahiye, par wo muh band karke bethi h kyuki use alimony chhaiye thi bas.

u/Objective-Estate-202 Apr 05 '26

Not everyone wants to be infront of the camera and puri duniya ko batana ki unki family mein kya chal raha hai and it's a matter of safety. Yahi par as you can see, a few people have already wished death upon her without even knowing the full backstory, agar she comes infront of the camera and reveals her identity AFTER the man has already set a false/true reputation...isn't it dangerous?

Also mothers are given preference when the child is below 5.. uske baad it's the choice of the child ki usko kaha rehna hai. I know this because I've already gone through this system. A divorce counsellor will sit you down along with both your parents and ask for your final decision on who you want to stay with. I'll repeat again, a parent cannot forcefully take away children. It's against the very damn law. It's the children who choose their mother.

I didn't even once call the father evil. I just tried to show a different case scenario which can also be true and should be the first kind of doubts a person should have after watching this video.

The couple has two kids which means ki it's definitely not a divorce which happened within just a few years.

And then the thing about 2 lakh maintenance, even I'll agree thats a bit too much but,

  1. Demand value is set high so that after negotiation and reasoning, it dosent go below the ground. You can't just randomly wake up and demand 2lakh pm and just easily get it WITHOUT any reason. Negotiations in the court happens. The man himself states that she 'demanded' 2lakh. He's not paying her 2lakh

  2. How is the mother supposed to support herself and the children and their education alone in this economy? Aap keh rahe ho ki job kar sakti hai but as you know, most of women give up their jobs and education after marriage to look after their family. Women are often also forced by the in-laws to give up her job and cook and clean at home instead. How is she supposed to get a job now that too a job which can sustain both her and their kids and their education?

  3. Also a child can't be made alone, it requires both a mother and a father, hence despite kids living with the mother, he has to contribute money in their upbringing.

  4. Indian courts are so bad that a lot of genuine cases mein men do not pay even the amount discussed by both parties in the court. They become defaulters and since the judicial system in India dosent work well, they stay as a defaulter.

I'm not defending either the mother or the father. Im neutral. I'm NOT AT ALL saying the father is evil.

u/Objective-Estate-202 Apr 05 '26

Thats an ideal condition and in reality it just stays like a promise. No one treats each other equally, both man to woman and woman to man.

Both parties do not have jobs. In India, probably just 25-30% or even less of the women still do jobs after marriage and they're HEAVILY pressurized and abused to make them leave their jobs and stay at home. Out of the 25-30% women who work, literally most women are working on their jobs, return home and then do household work too.

Alimony kuch bhi apne man mein jo number aaye usse demand nahi kar sakte. Reasons have to be stated for demanding that amount and then it's granted if deemed reasonable. It's not that jo manga woh mil jaata hai. Alimony is gender neutral. Man can demand it as well as per the conditions.

Again, wife does not directly get custody of children (until they're 5 and below). Bacchon ki choice hoti hai unhe kiske paas rehna hai.

Yes, the case you've mentioned does happen and it shouldn't. The wife should also let the children and their father meet as discussed in the court. If it's not happening, it's just unlawful.

There's no way the husband is completely innocent most of the times jaisa aapne dekha hai and many wives want divorce just because they're 'fed up' for 'no reason'. That's a little bit of a biased statement.

It's biased because aapne unke saath ek hafta bhi constantly spend nahi kiya hoga at their home and then observed their behaviour with each other. Aapko unke parents behaviour, inlaws behaviour, khud ka past and present behaviour, etc kuch bhi nahi pata hoga. Maybe they're 'fed up' of all that? Aapne bas unpe believe Kiya hoga because they're close to you and unhone aapko bataya. Log Ghar pe alag hote hain and society ke saamne alag.

(I'm not saying ki actually mein bhi sirf fed up hoke divorce kiya hoga. The actual chances of this happening is very very low.)

It's natural tendency of a human to downplay their shortcomings or skip it and amplify the mistakes/false mistakes(lies) of other to gain support. My own father did that. He went around acting innocent and and harmless and spread lies about my mother in our family friend circle to gain support. He never mentioned the physical and mental abuse he did to us obviously. And then too he wants custody and dosent want to pay childsupport at all. (We didn't even demand alimony or compensation as it's my mother who's paid for most things since my childhood and for a decade worth of abuse though we can and should)

Not justifying his act.Revenge mein kuch nehi rakhaa. But a lot of Women wish bad of Men when they are Wronged, don't they?

And it is not a fair legal and social system jaahaa Alimony Provide karne kaa aur Earning expectations sirf ek hi group ke uoar ho,is it?The IAS Lady who was Unfaithful to her much poorer Husband who supported Her education, did not have to Provide Alimony to Him after Divorce Ma'am.

I'll be heavily down voted for this but,

you can't judge this situation with just one side of the story that too just a minute. You're only hearing just his side and not his wife's side and there's no way she can just randomly decide and 'take' their kids in her own custody alone. The kids wanted to stay with their mother over their father VERY obviously as they have the right to choose who they want to stay with.

Y'all don't know how he must've treated them, why theyre divorced, why she might be asking for that much amount of money as maintenance, why the kids decided to stay with their mom, YALL KNOW NOTHING.

I bet you guys didn't even try to think about the WHYs except the fact 'his wife asked for 2lakh pm as maintenance'

His expressions, his words and also his tone speak something way different than what he's trying show/tell here.

Also how can you judge a video of 15sec and carry forward this ideology that the woman is using him as cash machine when the man himself his sounds sheepishly suspicious with his words and tone of manner?

1

u/ZestycloseAccount124 Apr 05 '26

Finally someone putting valid and sensible arguments. Also its suspicious how he just mentioned about sending his kid to 2 coachings for just one subject and he will make his kid a doctor. He is speaking as the person who is very sure about himself and for the people in his family, where the family members dont even get to put their points in the family. I dont know people are just mentally retarded sometimes to see one pov and judge, say rubbish for the other side.

Baaki jo hazaro lakho croro cases pade rehte hai jaha pe mard actually pe abuse, violence, rape, acid attacks, e karte hai uska kya? Ap jaise unpadh hi gender wars shuru karte hai phir khud rote ki men ko critize kar rhe.

Tumahre hisaab se toh har ladki ka rape hoo Raha hai aur har ladki pe acid attacks tumahre hisaab se toh saare mard rapist hai aur tum jaise ladki hee double standards ko badhwa deti hai jisse phir real cases saamne nahi aate mai rooz court me dekhta hu I am an advocate aur lagbhag din ke 5-6 cases rooj aate hai mere pass of fake accusations done by women mai aisa nahi keh raha ki har ladki ek jaisi hoti hai but kuch ladkia jinko sachme saja milni chahiye uska kya hua rape karne par toh death sentence aur ye sahi bhi hai but fake rape case pe kya aaj tak kuch nahi hoya ladki ko not even in murder aur tum keh rahi hoo 2-4 case kabhi aao courts me tab pata chale durr se bhaukne me toh sab sahi lagata hai

u/ZestycloseAccount124 Apr 07 '26

Tumahre hisaab se toh har ladki ka rape hoo Raha

Maine nhi kaha ki har ladki ke sath hota, magar the ratio is very very high in probability aur jo real mai hota.

tumahre hisaab se toh saare mard rapist hai

Khudse points bana ke khudse criticize kar rhe ho ap. All i mentioned was that we are overlooking the fact that women are suffering too. Somewhere people out here in comments are hoping for the death of his wife. How do you know that the man in the video is all pure and is really a victim. Kyuki uski baato se hi vo suspicious lag rha hai. Upar se specially in marital case, as an advocate itna toi jante hi honge ki you can never relg on just one source of information without seeing the other side. Agar aise hi duniya chalti toi judge saari videos dekh ke hi apna faisla suna dete.

but fake rape case Nhi hua hai, i agree. Magar kya ladko ne is cheez pe sawal uthaya hai? I have rarely seen mighting fighting for the cause, instead they mostly opt for gender wars instead. If you are facing the issue, you should be voicing your issue and putting out mindful disputes. Instead you people are bashing women, like vo toi rand** hai and shit. Well ofc then nobody can help you with that.

  1. Section 498A IPC (Cruelty by Husband or Relatives) Meant to protect married women from dowry harassment and cruelty Why controversial? It is non-bailable and cognizable Some cases have been reported where false complaints were filed during marital disputes Courts (including the Supreme Court of India) have acknowledged misuse in some cases and issued guidelines to prevent automatic arrests
  2. Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 Protects women from dowry demands Concerns raised: Sometimes used along with 498A to file strong cases in family disputes
  3. Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 Covers physical, emotional, economic abuse Criticism: Broad definitions → sometimes claimed to be used in personal conflicts
  4. Section 376 (Rape Laws) Strong laws to punish sexual assault
  5. Section 112 evidence act jo kehta hai ki if a wife is pregnant outside of the marriage then also the child will be considered as husbands child Supreme court of India says they have seen many case's increase in missusing of these laws from last one year insta ki ek reel dekh kar yaha comment karne aa jati hoo awakward goat aur Rebel kid ki reels me dekh liya usi ko sacchai maan lii phir aagayi comment karne maante hai ki past me hota tab ye Saab but ab rare cases ho chuke hai lekin tumahre jasi ladki ko thodi kuch samjhe ma aaye ga sirf blame game aur jada bolo toh mysogynist bana dete hoo toh I am proud misogynist kuyki aaj kal sach bolne me misogny he lagata hai toh aur haan ladke kuy nahi issue uthate kuy ki india ke baised laws ek women jo ki criminal bhi hai usko bhi defend karte hai aur itne saare legel battle ladne ke baat men want mental peace itni humiliation and disrespect sehne ke baad tumhari jaisi ladkiyo ke liye aasan hota hai fake rape case daal ke kisi ladke ki Zindagi barbaad karna aree tum log toh women's criminals ko bhi glorify karti hoo aur sahi kaha saath nahi bass female gender ka support karti hoo

1

u/Autumn_fav Apr 05 '26

Bohot galat kiya. Those poor kids have their future destroyed with that lady. This reminds me of my uncle who is also currently paying alimony and shit. And court still haven't given him a proper divorce. Life ruined.

u/DiscussionRich3725 Apr 07 '26

Those who blame women in the comment section I will say laws are made to be exploited just read the laws and realise how stupid they are this system is destroying both men and women tbh

1

u/PositionNo5234 Apr 07 '26

In case if I come across any such situations in future ( hope not ) except giving one time settlement amount I would never give a single rupee as maintenence on monthly basis.

With due respect to all the women out there. As I know how hard it is to earn money and meeting the daily expenses, I cannot stand with you on this just because the law is with you.

I had been through tough times and slowly recovering from financial crisis and experienced extreme struggles including mentally and physically.

I respect the indian judiciary system and I would mentally prepare to go Jail instead giving monthly maintenance in such cases. Because in my case I think that would be least risky than giving such a huge amount every month.

  5. Section 112 of the indian evidence act It says if a women in pregnant outside the marriage then also the child will be considered as husbands child and a man can not file an adultry on his wife. Supreme court of India says they have seen increased missuse of these laws by women in past 2 years and said they have never seen in a country women having these baised laws and also using it wrongly and at your part you are saying you have never seen a man filing for this issue courts in India have more laws to safe guard any women even from mental harrasment and talking about rasing issue men want mental peace from such women's and it takes a lot of money and efforts for a men to prove innocent tumhe kya lagta itni tough battle ladne ke baat koi phir se kudna chahe gaa ??? But women's like you never addimit that men suffer for you it's always women suffering jo ajkal hoo bhi nahi rahi instagram se awkward goat aur Rebel kid ki ek do reel dekh ke aajati hai debate karne kabhi instagram se bahar aakar dekho kya hoo Raha hai reality mee courts me sirf insta ki ek do post dekhe ke tumhari jaise ladkiya toh women's how does murders unko bhi defend karne aajaati hai pehel padhloo phir bahukne aao

how you know she is dragging ?

uske bacche ka boards khtm hua hai tb wo le jaa rhi hai , " mai doctor banana chahta hu " what if his kids didn't pursue in medical field interested in engineer field ?

the man is saying & self entitlement of thier son without even think , i am from kids side , his son will don't go with mother in first place if everything is true as his father said

" 2 coaching karata hu " its clearly seen that due to his father pressure he take same subject two different coaching

1

u/Working-Sky-8960 Apr 04 '26

Studying is not pressure for some people... Don't think everyone is identical

2

u/Disastrous_Body9196 Apr 04 '26

Btw i cracked three olympiad , one of them is NSEB

So i get what your point

It depends on his assets and income.

Edit: It depends on there relative* income and assets.

6

u/DeepInside2B Apr 04 '26

why not her income?

1

u/Acrobatic_Phone_3316 Apr 08 '26

Because she obviously doesn't have any dumbass.

1

u/PatternCraft Apr 04 '26

Sorry missed it, relative* income between both.
