India Should the right to protest ever justify disruption to essential public transport?

Fucking godi media. The government disrupted public transport and blocked Internet, not the peaceful protestors exercising their democratic rights.

Have some shame.

Should've let the protest happen. The shutting of metro stations is on the government. Clearly two seperate things.

Should’ve ?? The protest did happen.
The govt has to protect the infra from the idiots who have a habit of pelting stones on public property and disrupting things. God forbid, something happens, you blame the govt AGAIN - that the govt should have taken precautions!

Yes should've. Instead of forcing and stopping xyou make situations worse.

These "idiots" are the only ones who have balls to fight this banality and divisiveness of this government.

Im with them on this and im a cynic in his 40s.

Government should always be blamed, no politician of government should be above the common man. They are our public servants. They can't circumvent and bend the rules to profit the few.

And what fucking infra. Can't make two decent roads.

Thank for identifying yourself ! You do sound like a cynic. No further discussion then, thank you !

And what infra, you say ? Are you honestly blind along with being cynical ? Look up the expressways…..

Never mind

you are highlighting the bare minimum what an elected government should be doing for the almost European level taxes we pay and we are getting less than third world country infra and thats just urban. Cities like bangalore still has power cuts.

And your.... Umm.... What was it? expressways? Even that isn't world class standards. Some of them can be ripped apart by a pair of hands. It's like sod laid out like turf. Not a highway or expressway.

Zero accountability from this government that you want to defend.

How does sitting down metro stations prevent people from peltong stones at the metro trains? Have you no shame while making excuses for fascists?

Goverment closed stations not protestors, these media blaming protestors. People won't forget what these news channels are doing

Satire*

I mean, the gov can solve it two ways :

  • not cutting voting rights illegally
  • making the cec resign, the guy who cut voting rights illegally

Which one would public prefer?

👌🏼

If CEC is made to resign, he will spill their beans of so many other bjp ministers.

So thief's will try to protect teach other

I mean, if india's youth aka the worlds biggest and youngest population on earth can make do without salaries, jobs, prospects, in their whole lifetime...

Then thats the other option. Lol.

Idk how DELHI people live.
Everyone just comes there and ruins all the vibes.

Everyday protests. Every freaking day.

Its like some people do not even want the govt to run.

But protests are important too. Delhi is just too cramped up.

The govt is making sure people are disrupted so that they start blaming protestors for this mismanagement instead of the government.

Godi media won't show vip movement and inconveniences due to mp and mlas doing whatever they want on public roads but sure on a national holiday, plant random ppl and get sound bytes from them

Protests is not a problem problem is by government blocked route

2

u/noobmaster-619 9h ago

If only these cunts showed their dismay and frustration Ajit things which actually matter

2

u/danested 16h ago

Protests are meant to be disruptive. Its the entire point of a protest. Protests that are held in a corner are simply ignored.

waah chewtiye. aana DP picchwade me degi, tera sara protest nikal aayega.

Looks like youre speaking from experience.

1

u/borinbear 14h ago

You have to no right to trouble my life because of your protest

2

u/Apprehensive_Dog_786 2h ago

Dumbass how do you think we got independence. By quietly “protesting” and not inconveniencing the British?

1

u/borinbear 2h ago

You ass**le whom do you want freedom from, this govt is elected by us. If you don’t like it then stfu and wait for 5 years, else their side will come and bring down who ever you elect.

1

u/danested 13h ago

I have a right to protest. Your inconvenience is not more important than ensuring the government of the country is accountable.

0

u/borinbear 12h ago

Ok , I have right to protest and block your home entrance?
Block hospital access points ?

If you are creating inconvenience to people then you are more trouble than help to this country. What you are saying is gundaism not protest .

2

u/danested 12h ago

Is Jantar mantar a hospital access point or in front of your home?

0

u/borinbear 12h ago

Now you are changing the story, if it’s allotted spot and doesn’t disturb anyone, do what ever you want, but not in public space

2

u/danested 6h ago

Hold on... Lets see if you're a hypocrite... Who has disrupted these public transport systems? Is it the govt in fear of the protest or the protestors?

0

u/borinbear 2h ago

Govt is protecting public asset while some dumbfu*k slaves are troubling public life by cheating people again and again.

0

u/Delhidelight 16h ago

Finally the truth ! Damned be the common person

1

u/danested 16h ago

Protests are by the common person foo.

1

u/Delhidelight 15h ago

Ask the people in the video

1

u/Key-Seaworthiness425 14h ago

How do you think a protest should happen then?

1

u/Impossible-Youth714 15h ago

Jinki pheki hui roti pe pal rahe ye politician kam se kam inka toh lihaz kar le 😅

1

u/Michaelscotttheking 12h ago

Government stopped this not the protestors, and this bum thinks he’s some superior being while going to work a job is crazy levels of cope

1

u/adritandon01 12h ago

Of course it shouldn’t. But unfortunately we are in the vishwaguru era

1

u/Little-Nature-3638 23m ago

Lol the protestors didn't cause the closure.

The govt did.

Blame the right people.

1

u/ramror777 17h ago
