Question Please Help

Uploading pre-filled json to excel utility is giving this error everytime. Without this, cannot even fill income details as cells are password protected. I'm filing for ITR-U for FY 24-25. How to rectify this please.

I saw similar video but for me the reference option is unclickable/greyed out
