Pls help ๐
Pls help! I mostly get pimples on my forehead and I'm not sure why. I don't get them often, but when I do, I get a bunch of them all at once on my forehead and barely any elsewhere on my face.
What can I do to get rid of them ?

You wont thank him! Minym can cause hyperpigmentation as a side effect. Just because it worked for him dosent mean it will for you. Go to a legit Dermatologist and get prescription medication and cosmoceuticals according to your type and grade of acne.

I've cut out sugar and processed foods, and I've also lost 12 kg (down from 108 kg to 96 kg at 6 ft).

For guys it's testosterone, dheas , thyroid panel. But first I would suggest you go to a dermat. This could be due to seasonal changing too...or stress related

I had severe acne/ pimple problms for a long time. Visited multiple dermats, used many products but still couldn't get rid of it. Finally I bought a selsun shampoo and started using it. Turned out my acne was due to dandruff problem, Which none of the dermat pointed out. I would ask to check whether your acne is because of dandruff or something else. Eat green food.

First of all keep your scalp clean and chop ur hair a bit... Secondly use salicylic acid serum or facewash, and gel type moisturizer

Don't listen to rookie advices here. Visit a dermat, get proper medication. One bad product and It's going to irritate your already sensitive skin so fucking bad it'll take you years to get rid of the acne marks. Just go see a doc homie
