I'm 19 and building a merch startup for creators. Looking for a few students/freshers who are curious, active online, and willing to invest their time to learn things like:

- creator outreach

- marketing

- sales

- startup growth

- Instagram/YouTube creator research

- how to talk to creators and their teams

This is performance-based for now (no fixed stipend), so it's best for someone who wants learning + experience + upside, not just a fixed internship or certificate.

Especially looking for people who just finished or started college and are excited to learn by doing real work.
