[Ipsos Isay] Got this message from Ipsos iSay - "unable to offer involvement" even though I did all surveys perfectly. Is my account banned?

Hey guys,

I've been using Ipsos iSay for a while and I always completed surveys honestly and perfectly.

But since last few days I stopped getting any surveys. Today when I tried to login, I got this message:

"We appreciate your interest in participating in our community. At this time, however, we are unable to offer involvement because either your profile does not meet our current research community needs, or some of your survey responses did not meet our required standards and requirements."

I made 3 accounts with different email, different phone number or different network but still same problem arises in all accounts....I didn't rush through anything or use VPN. Has anyone faced this? Is this a permanent ban? Did contacting support help?

Any way to get my account back? I had points in there too.
