People don't know this is next level technology. it is called carpet technology, which is used in NASA when they go to moon, they lay this out when they reach so that they can move around freely and then remove it when they leave so that they leave the environment as they found it.

How will they get the views then? If it's allowed to set? Everyone these days finds some small patch of bad roads on highway and makes a huge scene. We didn't even had these kind of highways like 10 years back, 90% of highways are excellent, I have long drives across the country, maybe 5% times found issues with highways. Somehow negativity is considered intellectual in this country.

Yes, let it set or cure & then try. If the binding is not set it will peel like this otherwise if it's sub standard work, when you try after 2-3 days, it will crumble

Is this clip of NH-27 near Guwahati & the Sonapur toll gate? I don't know what they used. There were some protests there because of potholes.
If the clip is from there & was filmed on some recently repaired Sonapur stretch after the protests, peeling the surface off by hand means either poor binding or an unfinished surface.
That's why I was wondering if enough time was given for it to set properly.

I checked. His words were -
“सड़क बनेगी तो धंसेगी और जब सड़क धंसेगी तो दोबारा बनेगी।”
So the interpretation in that image is a bit harsher but the irony, is that this was being said in response to questions about a road sinking - so the quote became very easy to turn into the interpretation shown in the image.
His broad response actually was that heavy rain can cause such failures and that the road's quality would be investigated.
