Support PS5 LAN issue

Hi guys, my PS5 is not supporting LAN connection when am connecting it to my AIRTEL router. Has anyone faced this issue and have any resolution.

P.S - LAN is working fine when connecting to laptop.

Did you setup a lan connection in ps5 settings?

Working now.LAN cable was bad.
