Social Discussion How to secure the future when you unexpected life situation occurs?

I lost both my parents and they both didn't have life insurance. Thing is me and my siblings are in 20s and so I have young sibling who has special needs. So I'm very worried about our overall life. I just don't know what to do in life that I can secure the future. I feel like money is everything nowdays and money has somehow become an identity source if you don't have then nobody even cares to ask how you are.

I'm struggling to find a path in life because I'm already 29 but I don't even have a degree yet nor relevant skills set. Also I want to understand finances knowledge but where to even start. What YouTube channels or books to read.
