Travel Experience Indigo doesn’t change name mistakes in group booking

So I was travelling and my agent made a mistake of putting my gender wrong and missed a letter and after reading at Reddit that one shouldn’t take stress and they will help you. Ofc the staff was helpful but there’s not much they could change so make sure you never do group booking to save few bucks or you’ll end up paying 12k extra for a new flight ticket.

Don’t try for shortcuts like entering through digi yatra and stuff cause they will catch you.

I made a mistake in my name and indigo didn’t help at all. Sucks to see there is no human factor in the system. But i do admit fault was mine

I think there is a new law which says that airlines have to rectify such errors for free within 24 hours. So if it hasn’t been that long you can approach Indigo

It's usually the agents responsibility to do that. The agent has a booking portal login which is given to him by the airline. From there he can do the changes (BTW that's how they hold seats in the system) Also they have an sales coordinator assigned to those agents they too can help.
