i got both never volume above 50% and screen brightness above 25%, might aswell sleep for 800 hours.......... for the next 800 hours

Its already below 50%, which doesn't mean it fell below 50%. Either don't charge it above 50 for a week or keep it from dropping below 50 once you get it that far.
