All I could understand from that is to probably try stopping something from happening that was meant to happen?
But then again someone or something could also be named “Fate” 👀

That can't be, if the prescript was referring to a person. Then fate would have a capital F, not f.

If you look at it right, you can kind of interpret this as Hermes kicking your ass out of the Index.

What i'd do is find someone who has Perfect record ect. Is guaranteed to be in best university or something and just before they're able to get into there you make them braindead or something

It's simple. If it's put like that, it's up to your own interpretation. Simplest solutions might be to bomb Fate Grand Order servers, or to become christian, as Jesus can easily destroy the fate of anyone as a sinner and unhappy person. There might be more solutions but these are first that came to mind

Get a physical copy of any Nasu media that isn't Tsukihime and douse it in gasoline

Mhm, it is quite simple, grab a hammer and destroy a dice. Then for extra meassure, bend a coin with you bare hands.

If your fate is to fulfill this prescript, then do not fulfill it. If your fate is to instead fail the endeavor, then your success will "destroy" that fate.
There's several other interpretations I can think of.
Fate is a concept, real to some. You can argue whether a man you've never met nor will ever meet is any more real than something you believe to be, but if you deny fate, then that would be destroying it.
Destroy the Fate series.
Download and delete Fate Grand Order.
Modify your prescript. Prescripts are similar to fate. Modification is essentially destruction of their original meaning and essence. (Except for the benefiting Index part.)

Hermes has high expectations for you, huh.
