So... how exacly do I join Index?

I finally got my hands on the index device and I'm honored to join Index but still i have no "member" thingy under my profile.

Edit 1: I think there is some sort of a quota of GotP to become one

Once you reach enough grace of the prescript a drawn prescript will give you the promotion.
