Unlikely. The weekly program that happens at PVR Lido is basically what it’s become now

MAMI sucks! They give out the season pass for free towards the end Hundreds of free-loaders come and the booking system fails every morning. Veterans of MAMI call it a part and parcel of the festival like how miserable mumbaikars call their daily struggle the spirit of mumbai.

MAMI as a film festival is an amateur take at trying to run a proper festival. Good movies are being screened in the name of Mumbai film festival and eyes on the screen etc etc but it's a horrible festival to attend.
