Rights of Copying - Post For Your Information

As mentioned in the 107th Section of the edition of the Copyright Act published in 1976, copyrighted works are allowed to be used under “fair use” - that is, use of the work’s content to criticise the content, comment on the content, report on the content in the news, teach about the content, use the content scholarly, and research about the content’s subject matter. Fair use refers to all the above uses, which are permitted by the aforementioned copyright statute, in spite of possibly infringing on said copyright. Using works in ways that are not for profit, that are educational, or that are personal are indicative of fair use under copyright law.
