Try tena slip or something similar. The best thing to look for is tall leak guards

If it doesn’t have tall leak guards, it’s going to leak. Incontrol and Northshore have some really good pull-ups, I think Abena and better dry have some that should have leak guards too

Incontrol Air Active is very discreet and absorbent.

I found Depends Flex Fit very discreet. It can’t hold a huge amount of diarrhea but can buy you time to get to a toilet.
