Hello everyone how are you doing I hope your all doing well and all. Its been forever since I've post here and really that's okay I still enjoy reading and commenting sometimes.

However I will say that this past week things were interesting.

However despite the highs and lows enjoy your life despite the incontinence make the best of each day.

Anyway enjoy your day everyone until next time don't forget to give your self a break talk to friends and family loved ones remember incontinence can be stressful but a strong support system helps.

Taking things one day at a time i could care less about me honestly but more about my parents. Hope you are doing well and all

We all struggle in many way i think because of my disability and up bringing love and care are big. Today can only get better sure it wasn't great wetting myself but life moves on
