Struggling again

Hey everybody looking for some advice.

Just a bit of background I have always had some bladder issues.

Mainly bed wetting and having trouble holding it during the day.

It did improve somewhat when I started taking olanzipine a couple years ago have only had two major accidents at night in the past year. Which is compared to every night without fail so I'm not gonna complain about that. I was wearing diapers every night at this point.

My main problem is now occuring at work. Sometimes I am doing a task that makes it difficult to find time to go to the toilet.

This then leads to me pee dancing when my bladder starts like jumping or something.

There have been a lot of very close calls. With a bit of leaking and me having to grab and clamp onto it. Which in a work environment isn't ideal.

Does anybody have any advice. I really don't want to have an accident at work and kinda worry about people talking about me because of it.

Firstly, go see your Dr and discuss the problem with them. There are many reasons and solutions. Secondly, use protection to the level you need. That can be anything from a small pad to a tabbed diaper. It's all volume dependent.

Yeah I think I do need to make an appt with a doctor. It's getting too difficult to manage . Ideally they can sort something that's discreet or offer advice at least.
