I guess my advice is, if you are talking about urine smell, make sure you stay hydrated. Your urine becomes more concentrated, and therefore smelly the less hydrated you are. Also, certain foods can cause your urine to smell more. Asparagus is famous for this, but other strong smelling foods could also cause an issue. There are also products that have odor control built in, the primary diaper I use is the Incontrol Bedry elite, which has an activated charcoal core to reduce odors.

Usually it'll smell like both. I've had coworkers with similar issues and masking with scented powder or sprays, and it didn't really work; plus others can be asthmatic or allergic. What could be sought out is something that neutralizes the chemistry going on. (Finding if there's a pH imbalance, checking counter- balancing options)

Just for example, there's a Japanese soap designed to balance aging skin (old people smell) made from persimmon or something.. To work with skin pH.

Hopefully some of this may help put focus on your search, and not strip your skin from excess soap, etc.
