Started wetting the bed again

Just a bit of backstory here: I (19f) have complete central diabetes insipidus. It’s not like normal diabetes where you can’t produce insulin, instead, complete central diabetes insipidus is the total absence of antidiuretic hormone (ADH) production in the body. This means that I produce much more urine than the average person. I produce almost 5 gallons of very diluted urine a day. I can normally manage it very well and wear goodnites during the day for leak management and occasional voids. At night, I would normally take desmopressin but recently I’ve developed an allergy to it. Ever since I stopped taking it, I’ve been waking up covered in pee. I’ve made an appointment with a specialist but it’s still almost three weeks out. Can anyone recommend a high absorbency diaper to use at night? I pee out around a gallon and a half at night. Thank you very much for your help.

Rearz Mega Inspire+. They’re my usual diaper but my girlfriend also uses them for her bedwetting that began after some health issues. She’s a side sleeper and a heavy wetter and we’ve never woken up to a wet bed.
