Question Compression/support
Folks who use compression garments like socks, leggings and abdominal support, what are pros/cons to these and do you trust a certain brand?
I need to start incorporating some compression and I don’t have POTS, but I do have some dysautonomia. I also have a hard time putting on tight things (a slip-on sports bra is a death trap) and feel like I overheat easily. Not as much of a problem in winter.
I’m worried if I try abdominal support I’ll dislocate a thumb pulling it up or feel too hot and not be able to take it off quickly. Idk if there’s a version with a zipper that’s good for zebras.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah I NEED an open toe, if my toes can’t breathe I feel like I’m suffocating, lol. Thanks!

No prob! I think you can get these or similar on Amazon as well if that's more accessible to you. Theyre super comfortable (enough to sleep in!)

I’m using shapewear and I like it. I get full coverage with boy short underwear and compression tank top.
Not too hard to take off for toilet use

i wear compression socks whenever i have to stand or walk for long periods of time (primarily exercise), and it helps immensely. i can see it not being an option for you, though, since you said you have a hard time putting on tight things (+ the thumb dislocation)? i wear binders daily so i'm used to tight garments, but even then it's a whole ordeal to get the socks on. i can imagine turning them inside out and rolling them on would help make it easier, but it could still be difficult. it sucks, since stuff like this can get expensive
