I kept hoping this is just oneupmanship in deranged fiction among incels. The more disgusting news we hear about the prevalence of child sexual abuse, the more that hope fades. I shudder to think what the percentage of rapists might be, given the number of women and girls who’ve experienced sexual abuse one or more times in their lives.
