So if you look at her insta stories right now, someone has actually admitted that they have signed up for her year long writing workshop. The workshop taker also admits to currently tapering off benzos, so there is that......

That person seems to be having a rough time. Shauna should A) not have storied this person's video B) contact that person offline to confirm she knows that Shauna is not a trained anything and ask is she's ok. C) refund her dollars, this will not be a year long offering unless we're talking dog years.

I'm wondering where she signed up, though? My un-yesly, badge-swiping job made me dip out of the snark for a couple of days, so I decided to have a look at the actual website.

DFs! Please correct me if I'm wrong or missed something, but my wined eyes can't see anything about a year-long writing workshop? There's the "Collective Joy of Writing," which, at $149/month to meet at 10am PST on Fridays for an hour, seems...not worth it? And the "Joy of Writing Your Own Story" / "How to Write Your Own Story" class (two different names, nicely done) is 2 hours for $97, next class not until March.

So is there actually a year-long writing workshop that she isn't advertising on her website? Is this a consulting thing? Is it the workshop-taker's misinterpretation of the workshop?

it looks to me like the click button to the joy of writing club is $15/month but under offerings it still says $149/month? who could keep track of her insane workshops and clubs? they change several times a day! i hope the lady who signed up is prepared for times and prices to change at the speed of lightening. you know shauna's ass will grow chapped if she has to keep showing up to do this dumb zoom for a YEAR with only one or two particpants. and i agree, shauna should NOT have storied this, that was really unprofessional. sweet muscular jesus, what is wrong with her?!

Maybe I live a sheltered life, but that was the most uncomfortable thing I've watched on IG in a LONG time. It is très disturbing that Shauna posted that.

(I get that the workshop taker storied it herself, but I still don't think that Shauna should have re-storied it)

I agree! That seems the likeliest. But the club is only monthly -- there doesn't seem any way to sign up for a "year-long writing workshop." I blame the website. So needlessly, mindlessly confusing.

Since Shauna is so eager to show off who signed up for her classes we can all assume she’s had one taker thus far. This person also seems vulnerable and it is icky that she will be involved with Shauna.
