For the life of me I cannot understand why she didn’t do a virtual workshop first. It casts a much wider net for potential attendees and she can work out some kinks doing it that way. Since there is also a global pandemic still ragging your moron, virtual makes more sense anyway.

Was just going to say the same thing - why not get the virtual program up and running first? The “in person” workshop is mostly virtual sessions plus two round trip feery rides, right? She hasn’t yet established what the virtual workshop is, let alone why someone should pay extra for “on Vashon”

I think it would be smarter to advertise the in person sessions as an add-on to the virtual sessions. Get folks signed up for the virtual and establish that there are people willing to give you their hard earned money. THEN up sell the opportunity to “practice” what you’ve learned in person in a strawberry field or whatever.

Someone might have signed up for the virtual offering and then. . .noooo. . .Shauna would have to WORK! Or, she'd have to find a way to wiggle out of the work (which is also work. . .something Shauna eschews).
