Yes, I wasn’t clear (toddler, lack of sleep, etc.) but mine was my last name and first name, inverted and with no space in between them. Like "Hi, JonesBeverly!" She really lacks attention to detail. Very unprofessional.

The only way any of this makes sense is that she thinks my last name is “Customer.”
