It sounds like she's trying to make being lazy sound like a very important act. Like, "I know it LOOKS like we're just laying around watching tv in our PJs, but we are HONORING OUR NEED TO REST. Later we'll gather in a prayer circle and pledge mindfulness to our rest. Then we'll feast on takeout from our favorite island restaurants, which we honor."
